Step 1: 
First take a image which is to be mask.
and cut the background of the object..

By removing background

remove background

Add some red and yellow color on image by pressing Ctrl+B. 
Make background transparent and Save this image as png.

Step 2
Create New File in photoshop.
make a duplicate layer by right clicking on the background "background copy" (ctrl+j).
select the fill gradient tool from toll box and select 2 color pattern, change the colors as shown.. (orange-- light orange) set fill type to radial and fill the color by dragging the mouse from middle of the layer to the corner...

Step 3:

Now make a new layer Ctrl+Shft+N.. Name it Layer1.
and add some strokes by free hand using brush while radius of the brush is maximum 1 or 2 px....

Step 4:
Now take the image, which is to be mask.. that is our PNG image. and put it on the current psd (Copy+Paste).

Just copy the image and paste on the our project at the top.

Step 5:
Now press hold ALT button from keyboard and take the cursor in between the border of the two layers (Layer2 and the layer1 which is to be masked).
Note: press and hold ALT button until masking is done.
when the cursor symbol changes, just left click on the border.

Now you will see the Layer1 become Masked.

If your object not fit in the mask, adjust the image by pressing Ctrl+t.


Step 6:

Add text on image by Horizontal type text tool ..

Step 1: 
Create New file in photoshop.
select Gradient fill tool from tool box and with round fill tool. fill the gradient by dragging cursor from centre to corner.

Step 2: 
Create new layer by pressing Ctrl+J.
And drop some Splatter brushes in the layer by selecting brush tool.

Step 3: 
Now choose your image for masking . and drag it in to the project or copy-paste it. I named it 'layer 8'

The image which is to masked is appears on the top of all layers.. 
Press and Hold "ALT" key and take the cursor to border of 'layer 1' and 'Layer 8', when the cursor changes look, just click on the border.

Step 4: 
hide the 'layer 1' and 'layer 8'.
Create new layer below 'layer 1' (Ctrl+Shft+N).
And add some Splatter brushes with black color.

Now visible the  'layer 1' and 'layer 8'. And add Text .

Step 1: 
Create New File.
Paint The background with Black color.





Step 2:

Add your text on it at center withe white color.








Now Make the duplicate layer of the text by righting on the layer, and hide that layer.



Step 3:

Now go to the layer properties ---> Gradient Overlay ---> Select rainbow colors (R,Y,G,SB,V,P,R). 

set Angle to 0 or 180.

And set scale to 70 .



Step 4:

Now go to Filter ---> Gaussian blur 

Set the radius to "3.7 to 4.2"



Step 5:
Now make the hidden text layer visible.

 Now go to layer properties ---> Outer Glow ---> set the Blend Mode to "Color Dodge".
Set Opacity to 50%.
Set size to 20px.

Step 1: 
Create new image, fill background with dark color using fill color (shft+f5).


Save this PSD/JPG file as "frame".


Step 2:
Now select some photos to put in the frame.. 
Take one of them to edit.




Now make a duplicate layer of it by right clicking on the layer. your new layer will be "background copy"
Now select the "background" layer and fill it with white color.(shft+f5).
select "background copy" layer and press ctrl+t to transform it.
NOTE- While transforming Layer, press and hold shift because the dimentions of layes changes in proportion. 
make a relative small size of "background copy" layer and place it at middle.. 



Save this jpg.

Step 3:

Follow this process for remaining photos and save all the photos.
Now open the "frame" file and add photos on this dark background one by one .
Transform the layers/photos by pressing ctrl+t as you like.

Step 4:

put all the photos on the dark background.
add birthday text by horizontal type text tool.

Step 5:

Now merge all layers (ctrl+E).
and make duplicate layer by right clicking on the layer.
fill the background layer with black and transform the background copy later(small size yhan original) and place it at middle se that it'll look like a frame.

Step 1: 
take the image in photoshop to edit and make it black-white.
(I took one of the image from Google)

Step 2:


Crop the image so that object is in the middle.


Adjust the image's brightness using curves (Ctrl + M) and  Level(Ctrl + L).


Burn the shadows of the image by burn tool. (Keep Range=Shadows and Exposure=15-20).

Step 3:

Create new blank layer (ctrl+shft+n), name it 'layer1'.


Now select Brush tool and  the tattoo brush of your choice. Click on the layer, where you want a tattoo.


(f you don't have Tattoo brush set, the download the set and copy it in to Adobe --> ps--> presets --> brushes).

Now make a duplicate layer of the 'layer1' by right clicking on the layer (Ctrl+J).
the name of the layer is 'layer1 copy'.



Step 4:
Set the property of the 'layer1' to overly 88%,
Set the property of the 'layer1 copy' to soft  light 70%.

Step 5:


Same like this you can add more tattoos..


create new layer(ctrl+shft+n) name it 'layer2'


select the another brush and set the position of tattoo.

Step 6:
Make a duplicate layer of it.. name will be 'layer2 copy'.
set 'layer2' property to overly 88%, and 'layer2 copy' property to soft light 70%;
You will get the final real tattoo.

Step 1 :-

Create new file..
Paint background with Black color (Shft+f5 or Fill Color)

Step 3 :-

Select a Horizontal Type text tool from tool box and type the word for giving effect..
bold the font you use for better effect.
I use the text "PARESH" for same..

Now rasterize this layer by right clicking on the text layer.
and make this layer  invisible by clicking on eye .


Step 4 :-
Select a Horizontal Type text tool from tool box and type words/characters for background..
copy paste it again and again so that it will cover full size of image.
use font 12-15 px max.. set color of font to "#1b1b1b".

Step 6 :-

Now make the layer "paresh" visible.. and select the ants/borders of the layers..

Again make this layer invisible.. Now you will get the selected area of the text..



Step 7 :-

Select the Text background layer and capy selected atea and paste it..
adjust the new layer to the backgrounds text or match it with background.
go to layer properties and change color Overlay to white..

Step 1

Create new file..Ctrl+N
Paint Background with Black.. (Shft+f5)---> color.

Now select Horizontal type text tool and and add text "COOL" with suitable font.

- Right click on the text layer and rasterise the layer..
- merge both the layers by pressing Ctrl+E, or right click on the text layer and select "Merge Down".

Step 3

Now go to filter ---> Pixelate ---> Crystallize
set the cell size as it is (1.8).
press OK.

Step 4

Now go to filter ---> Blur---> Gaussian Blur
Set radius to 2.0 and press OK.

Step 4

Go to Image ---> Rotate Canvas -->  CW90 (clock wise).

Now go to filter ---> Stylize ---> Wind.
elect Method "Wind" and direction "From the right".
Press OK.

Rotate the image to the original position  Image ---> Rotate Canvas ---> CCW90.
Press Ctrl+B (color balance) and increse the colors blue and cyan as suitable..

Press OK..
You'll get cool text effect.
